Lamp finials are an easy, inexpensive and non-committal way to add a pop of color to the room. I love finding unique lamp finials, from a hand carved Chinese inspired bone one I have on a blue and white ginger jar inspired lamp, to a sea urchin I have on a fun kelly green lamp in the bedroom!
