Hopefully by now you have filed your taxes but if not, you have a few more hours. What better way to bring in the dreary tax day than with colorful home offices! Would having one of these offices inspire you to be more organized, get more work done? Which one is your favorite?

Chic Home Offices

It's tax day! So kind of the IRS to extend the deadline due to tax day falling on a Sunday this year, and because it was Emancipation Day a holiday in Washington on Monday! While I have a desk in my kitchen that acts as somewhat home office, I would love to be able to work from home and have a great dedicated office space. Here are some of my fave home offices! Which style is your favorite?

Rustic chic

Preppy home office

Jenna Lyons Inspirational Office at J.Crew

Time to take a sneak peak into Jenna Lyons, the President and Executive Creative Director at J. Crew's office and see what inspires her to create some of my favorite off the rack clothes, shoes and accessories. One of her favorites are stripes which can be seen throughout the J.Crew line and made us become immune to the shock of glitter belts, leopard calf hair flats and sequin trim. Jenna has helped launched the designer collaborations through J.Crew such as special colored Essie polishes, Lulu Frost jewelry, Cosabella lingerie, colorful New Balance tennis shoes and Timex watch straps. Standing at 6'5 in heels, this stylish working mom has helped transform J.Crew into the store you know you can always find something you gotta have.
All photos by Myra Iqbal as featured on Style List.

Lots of vintage inspirations from the colorful luggage, to the wall of photos! I am also noticing the new short hair on Jenna.

More vintage and colorful inspirations that we see Jenna transform into clothes at J.Crew..I think they have cardigans in these colors.

Amazing NYC office view, and crown of J's given to Jenna from her staff

This years fall collection was inspired by "The Great Gatsby"..classic tailoring with a feminine feel.

Spanx Amazing Office

Spanx....some openly admit to using them, some of us use them secretly, but we have all heard of Sara Blakely's Spanx collection which has now spanned into bathing suits, and a mens line (which I think should be named Manx).

The Spanx headquarters is located here with me in Atlanta, GA, tucked away in a highrise using 37,000 sf. I could only imagine when they moved across the street to their new building what the offices would look like....but I must say I was still surprised when I saw these images.

Tvsdesign firm, also located in Atlanta provided a "detailed feminine aesthetic and posh Hollywood feel" which also was recognized by Interior Design magazine as one of the Top 10 of 2010. Check out these amazing images from tvsdesign, and Interior Design magazine.

Elevator entrance to the lobby with red laquer and white quilted walls. Love the Spanx sign in Hollywood lights.

Mirrored coffee table, Bradley Hughes Linton sofa, with a residential feel. This is not your typical corporate lobby.

Open office work stations with drapes, lamps, and chandeliers for lighting.

CEO, Laurie Ann Goldman's office, looks like a feminine living room, love the vintage LV, rugs and Atlanta based graphic artist, Philip Barlow fabric on the chairs.

Spanx has a "board of fun" who plans activities for the group and wanted the kitchen to feel at home be able to have a place for baby showers.

Another view of workstation and seating area.
