We are back from Maine and we had a blast! The weather was cold enough, but not too cold and the coastal views and fall foliage were beautiful! Of course we ate lobster at almost every meal, went to a Fall Festival, did lots of fun driving through small coastal towns and visited 3 lighthouses, and of course had a blast at our friends wedding! Here are a few pictures of our trip! We took our little dog, Charley which was his first time flying! Maine is a very dog friendly state so he was welcomed with warm arms everywhere we went! Have you been to Maine? What was your favorite thing?
Beautiful place we stayed and rented a cottage at Spruce Point Inn at Boothbay Harbor. The wedding ceremony and rehearsal dinner were here as well.

ReplyDeleteMy husband and I met during college in Maine, in Brunswick, which isn't much of a town, but we loved the proximity of the Old Port, Cape Elizabeth, etc. It's a gorgeous state!
